Sys Rovsing
For a great many years Sys Rovsing has been engaged in all aspects of private property law. Sys often assists in complex cases concerning matters of private law and the interaction with business—often in cooperation with the client’s other advisers.
Sys offers advice on, amongst other things, generational change and succession, marriage settlements, divorces, wills and the administration of estates. She also assists the courts in their work on estates. In addition Sys has wide-ranging experience of foundation and board work, and she has advised a number of Denmark’s biggest trusts and foundations on the formulation and amendment etc. of statutes and bye-laws as well as transfer of businesses and properties.
Sys is also a particularly experienced teacher and has thus taught for the General Council of the Danish Bar and Law Society, and the Danish Court Administration, amongst others.
Sys is a licensed administrator of estates and of community property in connection with divorce.
